    Shoulders, arms & hands

    This sequence releases muscular tension and aches in the joints of the shoulders, arms and hands.

    It activates acupressure points:

    GB21 (located at the top of the shoulder) which benefits dizziness, headaches, restricted movement in the neck.

    Contraindications: first trimester of pregnancy.

    KD 21 (located on the lower border of the collar bones). Beneficial for releases fear and anxiety, regulating the breath and opening the upper body.

    Legs & Feet

    This sequence eases tightness in all of the muscles in the legs. It improves flexibility in the hips, knees and ankles. It releases tension in the feet.

    It activate acupressure points:

    ST36 (located approx one hands breadth below the outer/lower edge of the knee). Beneficial for physical fatigue, gastrointestinal ailments and knee pain.

    SP 3 (located above the ankle on the backside of the shinbone). This points connects the Spleen, Kidney and Liver channels. Beneficial for restoring balance to the yin, and to the blood, liver and kidneys.
